Carlton is the exclusive Food Service brand for the UK and Ireland produced by Maitre Paul, based in Tilburg , Holland . The Carlton range consists of frozen cakes, pastries, gateaux, minis and other desserts produced to a consistent high quality for over two decades. Products are frozen immediately after production so that our customers can enjoy a fresh treat after defrosting.

The Carlton product range is available through an extensive range of Wholesaler Distributors throughout the UK and Ireland . The products are distributed to the Food Service Market / In-store Bakery / Home Delivery sectors of the market.

Maitre Paul has industry leading accreditation including BRC Higher Level Approval and are also  members of the British Frozen Food Federation.
